الخلاصة
يمكنك حذف حساب جواب وبياناتك في أي وقت — من داخل التطبيق، أو بطلبٍ منك عبر هذه الصفحة.
لا تحتاج إلى إعادة تثبيت التطبيق، ولا إلى إنشاء حساب جديد، ولا إلى دفع أي رسوم.
الحذف نهائي. لا يمكن التراجع عنه، ولا استعادة الحساب أو ما فيه من عملات وتذاكر وتقدّم بعد تنفيذه.
1 من داخل التطبيق
هذه أسرع طريقة. افتح جواب، ثم الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. ستظهر لك رسالتا تأكيد قبل التنفيذ، ويتم الحذف مباشرةً بعد موافقتك عليهما.
وإذا كنت قائد فريق فيه أعضاء آخرون، أو كان فريقك في خضم حرب جارية، فسيطلب منك التطبيق نقل القيادة أو انتظار انتهاء الحرب أولًا — حتى لا يتأثر بقية الفريق بحذف حسابك.
2 بطلب عبر البريد
إن لم يعد التطبيق مثبتًا لديك، أو فقدت هاتفك، أو تعذّر عليك الدخول إلى حسابك، فأرسل إلينا طلبًا:

أرسل الرسالة من عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك — فهو ما نتحقق به من أنك صاحب الحساب فعلًا، حمايةً لك من أن يطلب غيرك حذف حسابك.
واذكر اسم المستخدم أو رقم اللاعب إن كنت تذكره، ليصل الطلب إلى الحساب الصحيح.
ونتولّى نحن بقية الأمر، بما في ذلك نقل قيادة أي فريق تقوده أو حلّه، إن لزم.
3 ما الذي يُحذف
عند تنفيذ الطلب يُحذف بريدك الإلكتروني، وحساب تسجيل الدخول المرتبط بجواب، وصورة ملفك الشخصي من خوادمنا، ونبذتك، ورقم اللاعب الخاص بك، ورموز الإشعارات على أجهزتك. ويُزال حسابك من لوحات الصدارة ومن نتائج البحث، فلا يعود يظهر لأي لاعب ولا يمكن الدخول إليه مرة أخرى.
4 ما الذي يبقى
تبقى الرسائل التي أرسلتها إلى لاعبين آخرين ضمن محادثاتهم، وتبقى نتائج المباريات التي شاركت فيها ضمن سجلات خصومك وزملائك — لأنها جزء من بياناتهم هم أيضًا، لا بياناتك وحدك. ولا تظهر أيٌّ منها منسوبةً إليك بعد الحذف؛ يحلّ محلّ اسمك «مستخدم محذوف» وصورة افتراضية.
كما نحتفظ بسجلات الشراء للمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية.
5 كم يستغرق الأمر
الحذف من داخل التطبيق يتم فورًا. أما الطلبات الواردة عبر البريد فنؤكد استلامها خلال بضعة أيام عمل، وننفّذها خلال ثلاثين يومًا كحد أقصى من تاريخ تحققنا من هويتك.

Delete your account

In short
You can delete your Jawab account and your data at any time — inside the app, or by asking us here.
You don't need to reinstall the app, create an account, or pay anything.
Deletion is permanent. It can't be undone, and the account, its coins and tickets, and your progress can't be restored afterwards.
1 Inside the app
This is the fastest way. Open Jawab and go to Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm twice, and deletion happens immediately after you do.
If you lead a team with other members, or your team is in the middle of a war, the app will ask you to transfer leadership or wait for the war to finish first — so that deleting your account doesn't disrupt everyone else.
2 By request
If you no longer have the app installed, have lost your phone, or can't sign in, send us a request:

Send it from the email address linked to your account — that's how we confirm the account is really yours, so that nobody else can have it deleted.
Include your username or player number if you remember it, so the request reaches the right account.
We'll handle the rest, including transferring or disbanding any team you lead, if that's needed.
3 What gets deleted
When the request is carried out we remove your email address, the sign-in account linked to Jawab, your profile photo from our servers, your bio, your player number, and the notification tokens on your devices. Your account is taken off the leaderboards and out of search, so it no longer appears to any player and can't be signed into again.
4 What stays
Messages you sent to other players stay in their conversations, and the results of matches you played stay in your opponents' and teammates' records — because that data is part of theirs too, not only yours. None of it is attributed to you afterwards: your name is replaced with "Deleted User" and a default picture.
We also keep purchase records for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
5 How long it takes
Deleting from inside the app happens immediately. Requests by email are acknowledged within a few working days and completed within thirty days at the latest, counted from when we've confirmed your identity.
