1 البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا

هذا ما يجمعه جواب، مرتّبًا بحسب الغرض منه.

وثمة أمر لا يتّسع له الجدول وحده: الخدمات التي بُني عليها جواب تُنشئ معرّفًا خاصًّا بنسخة التطبيق على جهازك عند أول تشغيل، لتصل إليه الإشعارات وليتعرّف عليه تسجيل الدخول. ويحدث ذلك قبل أن نسألك عن الإشعارات، لأنه جزء من تسجيل التطبيق نفسه لا من اختيارك. ولا نستخدمه إلا لإرسال ما طلبته من إشعارات.

2 مع من تُشارَك بياناتك

يحتاج تشغيل جواب إلى عدد محدود من مزوّدي الخدمات: مزوّد تسجيل الدخول الذي تختاره، والبنية التحتية السحابية التي تستضيف اللعبة وتخزّن صورة ملفك الشخصي، وخدمة إيصال الإشعارات إلى جهازك، ومتجر التطبيقات الذي يتولّى المدفوعات، وشبكة الإعلانات الموضّحة في القسم التالي. وباستثناء شبكة الإعلانات، لا يعالج هؤلاء بياناتك إلا لتقديم هذه الخدمات، لا لأغراضهم الخاصة. أما بيانات الدفع فلا تصل إلينا إطلاقًا؛ يصلنا من المتجر تأكيد بأن العملية تمت، لا أكثر.

ويرى اللاعبون الآخرون ملفك العام: اسم المستخدم ورقم اللاعب والصورة والنبذة والدولة والتصنيف والمستوى والإحصاءات والفريق، إضافةً إلى ما ترسله إليهم من رسائل. ولا يظهر بريدك الإلكتروني لأحد.

وفيما عدا ذلك لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها. والإعلانات الموضّحة في القسم التالي هي الموضع الوحيد الذي تخرج فيه معلومات عنك لغرض تجاري، وهي محصورة بما يبيّنه ذلك القسم. وقد نُفصح عنها إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، أو لحماية سلامة اللاعبين، أو للتحقيق في غش أو إساءة استخدام.

3 الإعلانات

يعرض جواب إعلانات مرئية اختيارية مقابل مكافأة، تأتي من شبكة إعلانات خارجية. أنت من يقرّر مشاهدتها؛ لا شيء في اللعبة يتطلب ذلك، ولا يوجد جزء من التطبيق محجوب خلف إعلان.

ونوع الإعلانات التي تراها يعتمد على اختيارك أنت. فعلى نظام iOS يطلب جواب إذنك عبر نافذة شفافية تتبّع التطبيقات من آبل قبل أوّل إعلان. فإن سمحت، قد تتلقى شبكة الإعلانات المُعرِّف الإعلاني لجهازك وتستخدمه — مع بيانات جمعتها من تطبيقات ومواقع أخرى — لعرض إعلانات أقرب إلى اهتماماتك. وإن رفضت، لا يتاح ذلك المُعرِّف للشبكة أصلًا وتكون الإعلانات غير مخصَّصة. ويمكنك تغيير قرارك في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.

وعلى أندرويد يوفّر النظام مُعرِّفًا إعلانيًا مشابهًا، ويمكنك إعادة تعيينه أو حذفه في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.

وفي الحالتين قد تتلقى شبكة الإعلانات موقعًا تقريبيًا يُستنتج من اتصالك بالإنترنت. ولا يطلب جواب إذن الموقع إطلاقًا ولا يصله موقعك الدقيق.

وحين تشاهد إعلانًا مقابل مكافأة، نُرسل إلى مزوّد الإعلانات معرّف حسابك في جواب لغرض واحد فقط: التحقّق من أنك أكملت المشاهدة فعلًا قبل إضافة المكافأة إلى رصيدك. ولا يُستخدَم هذا المُعرِّف في استهداف الإعلانات.

وإعادة تعيين المُعرِّف الإعلاني تقطع الصلة بكل ما جُمِع قبل ذلك. وإذا كنت في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة، فإننا نطلب موافقتك قبل طلب أي إعلان، ويمكنك تغيير هذا الاختيار أو سحبه في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.

4 أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

يعمل جواب والخدمات المساندة له على خوادم يشغّلها مزوّدو خدمات سحابية، وقد تكون في دول غير دولتك، وقد تتغير مواقعها مع تطور التطبيق. هذا يعني أن بياناتك قد تُنقل خارج بلدك وتُعالَج فيه. وأينما وُجدت، نتخذ خطوات معقولة لحمايتها ونُلزم مزوّدينا بالمثل.

5 مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. عند حذف الحساب نحذف فورًا بريدك الإلكتروني وصورتك ونبذتك وحساب تسجيل الدخول ورموز الإشعارات، ويصبح اسمك «مستخدم محذوف».

ما يبقى: الرسائل التي أرسلتها إلى لاعبين آخرين تبقى في محادثاتهم، وتبقى نتائج المباريات التي شاركت فيها ضمن سجلات خصومك وفريقك — لأنها بياناتهم أيضًا، لا بياناتك وحدك. كما نحتفظ بسجلات الشراء للمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية.

6 حقوقك

لك أن تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو الاعتراض على معالجتها. أكثر هذه الأمور تستطيع فعله بنفسك من داخل التطبيق: تعديل اسمك وصورتك ونبذتك، وضبط الإشعارات، وحذف حسابك. ولأي طلب آخر راسلنا على support@jawabgames.com وسنرد خلال ثلاثين يومًا.

7 حذف حسابك

من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. ومن دون التطبيق — إن كنت قد حذفته أو فقدت هاتفك — استخدم صفحة طلب حذف الحساب.

8 شرط العمر

جواب مخصص لمن أتمّوا الثامنة عشرة من العمر. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات ممن نعلم أن عمره دون ذلك، وإذا علمنا بوجود حساب لشخص لم يبلغ الثامنة عشرة حذفناه. إن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن ابنك أو ابنتك أنشأ حسابًا، تواصل معنا على support@jawabgames.com وسنحذفه.

9 أمان البيانات

تنتقل البيانات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر اتصال مشفّر. وتسجيل الدخول يتم عبر Google أو Apple، فنحن لا نرى كلمة مرورك ولا نخزّنها. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، لكننا نتعامل مع بياناتك بالحرص الذي نتوقعه لبياناتنا.

10 تعديلات هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة كلما تغيّر التطبيق أو أُضيفت إليه ميزات جديدة. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، وإذا كان التغيير جوهريًّا سنُعلمك داخل التطبيق.

1 What we collect and why

Here's what Jawab collects, grouped by what it's for.

One thing the table can't cover on its own: the services Jawab is built on create their own identifier for your installation the first time the app opens, so notifications can reach your device and sign-in can recognise it. That happens before we ask you about notifications, because it's part of the app registering itself rather than a choice you make. We use it only to send the notifications you've asked for.

2 Who we share it with

Running Jawab takes a small number of service providers: the sign-in provider you choose, the cloud infrastructure that hosts the game and stores your profile photo, the service that delivers notifications to your device, and the app store that handles payments, and the advertising network described in the next section. Apart from the advertising network, they process your data only to provide those services rather than for their own purposes. Payment details never reach us — the store confirms that a purchase went through, and nothing more.

Other players see your public profile: username, player number, photo, bio, country, rank, level, statistics and team, along with any message you send them. Your email address is never shown to anyone.

Beyond that, we don't sell, rent or trade your data. The advertising described in the next section is the only place where information about you leaves us for a commercial purpose, and it is limited to what that section sets out. We may disclose it where the law requires it, to protect players' safety, or to investigate cheating or abuse.

3 Advertising

Jawab shows optional rewarded video ads, supplied by a third-party advertising network. You choose whether to watch one; nothing in the game requires it, and no part of the app is locked behind an ad.

The kind of ads you see depends on your own choice. On iOS, Jawab asks your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the first ad. If you allow it, the advertising network may receive your device's advertising identifier and use it — together with data gathered from other apps and websites — to show ads closer to your interests. If you decline, that identifier isn't available to the network at all and the ads are non-personalised. You can change your decision at any time in your device settings.

On Android the operating system provides a similar advertising identifier, which you can reset or delete at any time in your device settings.

Either way, the advertising network may receive an approximate location worked out from your internet connection. Jawab never asks for location permission and never receives your precise location.

When you watch a rewarded ad, we send your Jawab account identifier to the ad provider for one purpose only: to verify that you actually finished watching before the reward is added to your balance. It is not used to target ads.

Resetting the advertising identifier severs the link to anything collected before it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we ask for your consent before any ad is requested, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from inside the app.

4 Where your data is stored

Jawab and the services that support it run on servers operated by cloud providers, which may be located in countries other than your own, and those locations may change as the app grows. This means your data may be transferred outside your country and processed there. Wherever it sits, we take reasonable steps to protect it and require our providers to do the same.

5 How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete it, we immediately remove your email address, photo, bio, sign-in account and notification tokens, and your name becomes "Deleted User".

What stays: messages you sent to other players remain in their conversations, and the results of matches you played remain in your opponents' and teammates' records — because that data is theirs too, not only yours. We also keep purchase records for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

6 Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how it's processed. Most of this you can do yourself inside the app: change your name, photo and bio, adjust notifications, and delete your account. For anything else, write to support@jawabgames.com and we'll respond within thirty days.

7 Deleting your account

Inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. Without the app — if you've already uninstalled it or lost your phone — use the account deletion request page.

8 Age requirement

Jawab is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone below that age, and if we learn that someone under 18 has an account we delete it. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, contact us at support@jawabgames.com and we'll remove it.

9 Security

Data travels between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection. Signing in goes through Google or Apple, so we never see or store your password. No system is perfectly secure, but we handle your data with the care we'd want for our own.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes or gains new features. The date at the top always shows the current version, and if a change is significant we'll tell you inside the app.
