1 شرط العمر

لا يجوز إنشاء حساب في جواب أو استخدامه لمن لم يبلغ الثامنة عشرة من عمره. وبإنشائك حسابًا فإنك تُقر بأنك أتممت الثامنة عشرة، وبأنك تملك الأهلية القانونية لقبول هذه الشروط.

2 حسابك

• أنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يصدر من حسابك، وعن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك ومنع وصول أي شخص آخر إليه. وإذا اشتبهت في دخول غير مشروع إلى حسابك فأبلغنا فورًا.
• الحساب شخصي. لا يجوز بيعه أو شراؤه أو تأجيره أو نقله أو مشاركته مع أي شخص آخر.
• لا يجوز انتحال شخصية لاعب آخر، ولا شخصية عامة أو رسمية، ولا الإيحاء بأنك من فريق عمل جواب أو مشرفيه.
• اسم المستخدم والنبذة والصورة وأسماء الفرق تخضع لقواعد السلوك أدناه تمامًا كما تخضع لها الرسائل، ويجوز لنا تغيير أي منها إن خالف القواعد.
• يجوز أن نطلب منك تغيير اسم مستخدم مخالف، أو أن نغيّره بأنفسنا.

3 قواعد السلوك

باستخدامك جواب فأنت توافق على ألّا تقوم بأيٍّ مما يلي، في أي محادثة خاصة أو محادثة فريق أو اسم مستخدم أو نبذة أو اسم فريق:

• نشر أو إرسال محتوى مسيء أو فاحش أو بذيء أو تهديدي أو ذي طابع جنسي، أو محتوى يحرّض على الكراهية أو العنف ضد شخص أو جماعة.
• مضايقة اللاعبين الآخرين أو ملاحقتهم أو التنمّر عليهم. وإذا أساء إليك أحد، فاستخدم زر الإبلاغ أو الحظر بدلًا من الرد بالمثل.
• إرسال رسائل عشوائية أو دعائية أو روابط ترويجية داخل المحادثات.
• الغش بأي صورة: استخدام برامج آلية أو نصوص برمجية أو نسخ معدّلة من التطبيق، أو أي وسيلة للإجابة عن الأسئلة غير اللعب بنفسك.
• استغلال أي ثغرة أو خلل في اللعبة لتحقيق مكسب. وإن اكتشفت ثغرة كهذه فأبلغنا عنها بدل استعمالها.
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى حسابات الآخرين أو إلى خوادمنا أو أنظمتنا، أو التعامل مع الخدمة بأي وسيلة خارج واجهة التطبيق نفسها.
• نشر روابط أو ملفات قد تضر باللاعبين الآخرين أو بالخدمة، كالفيروسات وصفحات التصيّد والبرمجيات الخبيثة.
• نشر محتوى ينتهك حقوق غيرك، بما في ذلك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
• الاحتيال بأي شكل، أو استخدام وسيلة دفع لا تملكها.

4 البلاغات والحظر

يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي لاعب أو رسالة من داخل التطبيق، كما يمكنك حظر أي لاعب فيتوقف عن مراسلتك ويختفي تفاعله معك.

نراجع البلاغات ونتخذ الإجراء اللازم خلال ٢٤ ساعة من ورودها، وقد يشمل ذلك حذف المحتوى أو تقييد الحساب المسؤول عنه أو إيقافه.

5 الإجراءات عند مخالفة القواعد

عند مخالفة أي من القواعد أعلاه، نختار الإجراء المناسب بحسب جسامة المخالفة وسجل الحساب:

• الغش، والاحتيال، واستخدام وسيلة دفع مسروقة، تؤدي إلى حظر دائم مباشرةً ودون تنبيه سابق.
• في حالة الحظر الدائم تسقط العملات والتذاكر وكل ما في الحساب، ولا تُعوَّض ولا تُسترد قيمتها. أما الإيقاف المؤقت فلا يمس رصيدك، ويعود كما هو عند انتهاء المدة.
• يجوز لنا اتخاذ الإجراء دون إشعار مسبق إذا كانت المخالفة جسيمة أو متكررة.
• إن رأيت أن الإجراء اتُّخذ بحقك خطأً، تواصل معنا على support@jawabgames.com وسنراجعه.

6 العملات والتذاكر والمشتريات

• العملات والتذاكر عناصر افتراضية داخل اللعبة فقط. ليست لها قيمة نقدية خارجها، ولا تُعدّ ملكية أو رصيدًا أو حقًّا ماليًّا، ولا يمكن تحويلها إلى مال.
• لا يجوز بيعها أو شراؤها أو مبادلتها خارج التطبيق، وأي محاولة لذلك تُعدّ مخالفة.
• تتم كل عمليات الشراء عبر متجر التطبيقات (App Store أو Google Play) ووفق شروطه وطرق الدفع المتاحة فيه.
• يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار، أو محتويات الباقات، أو أي جانب من اقتصاد اللعبة، في أي وقت.
• شراؤك يمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًّا محدودًا وغير قابل للنقل باستخدام العنصر داخل جواب، لا ملكيةً له.

7 سياسة الاسترداد

• جميع مشتريات العملات نهائية، ونحن لا نقدّم استردادًا مباشرًا لأي منها نظرًا لطبيعتها الرقمية وإتاحتها فور الشراء.
• لمّا كانت المدفوعات تتم عبر متجر التطبيقات، فإن أي طلب استرداد يُوجَّه إلى المتجر نفسه (Apple أو Google) ويخضع لسياسته هو، لا لسياستنا.
• إذا وافق المتجر على استرداد مبلغ، يحق لنا سحب العملات التي دفع ثمنها وكل ما اشتُري بها، بما في ذلك ما نُقل منها إلى حسابات أخرى، ويجوز لنا إيقاف الحساب إن تكرر ذلك.
• مسؤوليتك أن تفهم هذه السياسة قبل الشراء. وبإتمامك عملية الدفع فإنك توافق عليها.

8 المحتوى الذي تنشره

تبقى الرسائل والأسماء والصور والنبذات التي تضيفها مِلكك، وأنت وحدك المسؤول عنها. وبنشرها في جواب تمنحنا إذنًا بعرضها وتخزينها ونقلها بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل اللعبة.

ويجوز لنا مراجعة أي محتوى وحذفه إذا خالف قواعد السلوك أو ورد بشأنه بلاغ.

9 اللعبة ومحتواها

جواب واسمه وشعاره وأسئلته وتصاميمه ورسومه وبرمجياته مملوكة لنا ومحمية بالقانون. ولك أن تستخدمها للعب فقط، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخراجها أو إعادة نشرها أو بناء خدمة مشابهة اعتمادًا عليها.

ونحن نطوّر اللعبة باستمرار، فيجوز لنا إضافة ميزات أو تعديلها أو إيقافها، وتغيير محتوى العناصر داخل اللعبة، ووقف الخدمة كليًّا أو جزئيًّا. ونسعى للتنبيه المسبق عند التغييرات الجوهرية.

10 حدود المسؤولية

نبذل ما بوسعنا لإبقاء جواب متاحًا وآمنًا، لكننا نقدّمه «كما هو» دون ضمان بأن يعمل بلا انقطاع أو بلا أخطاء. ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن انقطاع الخدمة، أو فقد بيانات أو عناصر داخل اللعبة، أو أي ضرر ناتج عن تصرفات لاعبين آخرين، إلا في الحدود التي لا يجيز القانون استبعادها.

11 إنهاء الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات داخل التطبيق، أو عبر صفحة طلب حذف الحساب. وتفاصيل ما يُحذف وما يبقى موضحة في سياسة الخصوصية.

ويجوز لنا إيقاف حسابك أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، وفق ما ورد في البند الخامس.

12 القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية وتُفسَّر وفقها، وتختص المحاكم الأردنية وحدها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

13 تعديل هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط كلما تغيّرت اللعبة. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، وإذا كان التغيير جوهريًّا سنُعلمك داخل التطبيق. واستمرارك في استخدام جواب بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط المعدّلة.

1 Age requirement

You may not create an account or use Jawab if you are under 18. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to accept these terms.

2 Your account

• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for preventing anyone else from accessing it. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone has.
• Accounts are personal. You may not sell, buy, rent, transfer or share an account with anyone.
• You may not impersonate another player, a public or official figure, or suggest that you work for or moderate Jawab.
• Usernames, bios, photos and team names are subject to the conduct rules below exactly as messages are, and we may change any of them if they break those rules.
• We may ask you to change a username that breaks the rules, or change it ourselves.

3 Rules of conduct

By using Jawab you agree not to do any of the following — in direct chat, team chat, a username, a bio or a team name:

• Post or send content that is abusive, obscene, vulgar, threatening or sexual, or that incites hatred or violence against a person or group.
• Harass, stalk or bully other players. If someone mistreats you, use the report or block button rather than retaliating.
• Send spam, advertising or promotional links in chat.
• Cheat in any form: using bots, scripts or modified versions of the app, or any method of answering questions other than playing yourself.
• Exploit a bug or flaw in the game for advantage. If you find one, report it instead of using it.
• Attempt unauthorised access to other players' accounts, our servers or our systems, or interact with the service by any means other than the app's own interface.
• Share links or files that could harm other players or the service, such as viruses, phishing pages or malware.
• Post content that infringes someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Engage in fraud of any kind, or use a payment method that isn't yours.

4 Reporting and blocking

You can report any player or message from inside the app, and you can block any player, which stops them contacting you and removes their interaction with you.

We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. That may include removing the content and restricting or suspending the account responsible.

5 What happens when rules are broken

When a rule above is broken, we choose the action that fits the severity of what happened and the account's history:

• Cheating, fraud and use of a stolen payment method lead to an immediate permanent ban, with no prior warning.
• On a permanent ban, coins, tickets and everything else on the account are forfeited. They are not restored and their value is not refunded. A temporary suspension doesn't touch your balance — it returns intact when the period ends.
• We may act without prior notice where a violation is serious or repeated.
• If you believe action was taken against you in error, contact support@jawabgames.com and we'll review it.

6 Coins, tickets and purchases

• Coins and tickets are virtual items that exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value outside it, are not property, credit or any kind of financial right, and cannot be converted to money.
• They may not be sold, bought or traded outside the app, and attempting to do so is a violation.
• All purchases are made through the app store (App Store or Google Play), under its terms and using its payment methods.
• We may change prices, bundle contents, or any part of the in-game economy at any time.
• A purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the item inside Jawab — not ownership of it.

7 Refunds

• All coin purchases are final, and we do not provide refunds directly, because the items are digital and available immediately on purchase.
• Because payment is handled by the app store, any refund request must be made to the store itself (Apple or Google) and is subject to its policy, not ours.
• If a store grants a refund, we may remove the coins it paid for and anything bought with them, including items since transferred to other accounts, and we may suspend the account if this happens repeatedly.
• It is your responsibility to understand this policy before buying. By completing a purchase, you accept it.

8 Content you post

The messages, names, photos and bios you add remain yours, and you alone are responsible for them. By posting them in Jawab you give us permission to display, store and transmit them as far as running the game requires.

We may review any content and remove it if it breaks the conduct rules or is reported.

9 The game and its content

Jawab — its name, logo, questions, designs, artwork and software — belongs to us and is protected by law. You may use it to play, and nothing more: it may not be copied, extracted, republished, or used to build a similar service.

We develop the game continuously, so we may add, change or discontinue features, alter what in-game items contain, and suspend the service in whole or in part. We aim to give notice ahead of significant changes.

10 Limits of liability

We do what we can to keep Jawab available and secure, but we provide it "as is", without guaranteeing that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for service outages, loss of data or in-game items, or harm caused by other players' actions — except to the extent the law does not allow that to be excluded.

11 Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, or through the account deletion request page. What is removed and what remains is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account for breaking these terms, as described in section 5.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and if a change is significant we'll tell you inside the app. Continuing to use Jawab after an update means you accept the revised terms.
